Is it safe to order through PayPal?

Yes. When you click on the order button, you are taken to a secure web page on PayPal site. You can verify it's secure by noting the "s" at the end of the "http" in the address bar. This means that any information you enter on this page will be encrypted. We chose PayPal to handle online ordering because of their high security rating and their ability to accept multiple forms of payment.

How else can I pay if I don't want to use PayPal?
You can send a Bank transfer for $37 to the address below. There are no shipping charges since the eBooks will be downloaded electronically. We will email you the link to download your eBooks and the necessary passwords to unlock them.

Will the eBook be mailed to me?
No. The eBook is in digital form. This means that you have to download it from the internet. From there you can either print it using your own printer, or read it on your computer. The big advantage to this format is that reading it on the computer allows you to easily go to linked pages and other content. Some of links take you to other web pages and you'll also need to be connected to the internet to access those pages.
The other big advantage for you in having an eBook is that you'll get free updates for life! That's because it's easy for us to update and redistribute the eBook over the internet - something we could not do as easily with a printed book.

I Can’t Find the eBook after downloading it.
If you didn’t save the file to your desktop, then it was saved in another folder on your computer. The quickest way to find it is to follow these steps:

Click the Start button and select Search
Click the link marked All files and folders
In the search field, type: “eBook.zip” (without quotes)
When you find it, you can copy it to your desktop or a folder of your choosing so you can easily find it next time.

I Didn't get my eBook codes.
Your eBook codes are emailed to you after your purchase. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the email to make its way through cyberspace before contacting us. Depending on network loads, this email can take a little longer than normal.
If you don't find them in your inbox, then look in your "junk mail" or "spam" folder. Some ISP's (like Earthlink & AOL ) reject emails from people not on your approved list. Be sure to add the following email to your address book.

Another possible reason for not getting your eBook codes is that your email address may be listed incorrectly with PayPal. After purchase, PayPal emails us a copy of your receipt which contains your email address. That email address is entered into our system and your eBook codes are then sent to you. If your email address is listed incorrectly with PayPal, then those codes will be sent to the wrong email address.
You can easily check your email address in PayPal by logging into your account. It will be displayed under your name on the "my account" page. You can also click the "profile" tab and then the "email" link. If your email address is listed incorrectly, contact paypal to get it corrected. In the mean time, be sure to contact us too so we can resend your eBook codes to you immediately.
If you still haven't received your email with the eBook codes, add the email addressees above to your address book and then contact us and we'll resend the codes.

How do I register my eBook?
You need to be connected to the internet to register your eBook. At the time of purchase, you were supplied with a username and password. You can click a chapter link or click the on the red “R” on the menu to get the registration window. Enter your username and password and click OK. Note that after your register your eBook, the red “R” on the menu will change to a red “U”. If you want to unregister your eBook, click the “U”.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to read the eBook?
No. But some of the links in the eBook are to other web pages and you will not be able to view them unless you’re connected to the internet.

How do I print my eBook?
You have the option to print a single page or the entire eBook. On the menu, select File, and then print page or print eBook.

Why is the eBook in this format?
This eBook was created using a software program called eBook Pro because this format is the most secure for sharing eBooks online. It protects against theft and unauthorized use. This format also allows you greater flexibility and ease of navigation by working like your web browser. Unlike printed eBooks, this one has web links to other resources of interest. This format allows us to offer you free updates for life!

How will I know there's an update to the eBook?

We will email you when the eBook has been updated (another reason to add our email address to your address books). But if you ever have doubt as to whether you have the most recent version, you can download the eBook again using the information that was sent to you at time of purchase.

I'm having trouble opening the eBook.
The eBook is in a zipped folder. If you're computer is running Windows 95. 98, or ME, you'll need to use a program like WinZip or WinRAR to unzip the folder. If you are using WinXp or Vista, you should be able to open the folder the zipped folder and copy the eBook to your desktop.
