Many couples opt to give personalized wedding favors to their guests because they are a good idea and will often include the names of the couple as well as the wedding date. Of course many people still prefer edible favors and although not as long lasting can still be effective; photo cookies are one particular example. Most modern bakeries can take a digital photo or even a can and print them onto the face of a cookie without too much trouble.
If you really want to finish the effect then why not have the bakery also print your names on the cookie as well as the photo. To be different, why not have the wedding favor wrapper personalized instead of the edible favor, as this way they have the best of both worlds or use some ribbon to wrap it with that has been personalized. Plain ribbons with the wedding details are very effective and can even be supplied so they are each cut to the exact length required which will save someone a great deal of time.
